Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can sometimes change, but due to the unique nature of travel to Sark and our limited number of available stays, all bookings at Sark Seahorse are non-refundable.



Deposit & Payment Terms

• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before arrival.
• If the balance is not received by this date, the booking may be cancelled and the deposit retained.

Cancellations

• All bookings are final, and no refunds are provided for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.
• We strongly recommend that guests purchase suitable travel insurance to cover unexpected changes, illness, or travel interruptions.

Why This Policy Exists

Sark is a small island with limited accommodation availability. Once your dates are reserved, it is unlikely we can rebook them on short notice. This policy helps ensure fairness to all guests and supports the smooth running of our small island property.
